We hope you love your purchase, but we understand sometimes, for whatever reason, items just don't work out.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, for further return instructions. Unfortunately if you do not notify us prior to making your return, we will be unable to refund your purchase. Merchandise in its original condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can offer you store credit. Sale, clearance, jewelry, accessories, and gift card purchases are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any your desired item and sending back any return items for a refund or credit.
